AI-Powered Chatbot Platform with Human Hand-off
Priyo is building an AI-powered chatbot platform. The first deployment will be priyo.com, where the bot will answer questions about Priyo Pay, Priyo Card, Priyo Work, Priyo Marketplace, Priyo Payroll, and Priyo Store. However, the platform must be built generically from day one so Priyo can: Onboard additional domains and knowledge bases over time without re-architecting the system. Offer the same chatbot as a product to Priyo customers — i.e., run it as a white-label, multi-tenant service where each tenant has its own branding, content, users, and admin. Add new channels later (mobile apps, messaging platforms) without rewriting the core. Single most important requirement This is a multi-tenant platform, not a single-purpose chatbot. Every design decision — data model, auth, admin, billing-readiness, theming — must assume N tenants. Proposals that treat this as a one-off Priyo support bot will not be considered. Scope summary Channel at launch: Website only (embeddable widget + full-page view). AI layer: Vendor's choice. Must justify model selection on cost, quality, and latency. Must be swappable via configuration. Human hand-off: In-line in the same chat interface. No redirect to a separate tool. Admin: Full tenant-level admin site for content, agents, analytics, and configuration. Super-admin: Priyo-operated console for managing all tenants. Bids missing any section will be deprioritized. Company profile and team bios for the engineers who will actually work on this. Two to four relevant case studies with live links or demos. Multi-tenant SaaS and LLM production work strongly preferred. Proposed architecture — one-page diagram plus a short narrative covering AI provider, vector store, realtime layer, multi-tenancy model, and hosting. Chosen AI provider and model for launch, with justification (cost, quality, latency, data handling). Describe the abstraction that makes this swappable. Delivery plan mapped to the six milestones above, with weekly breakdown. Itemized quote — fixed-price per milestone, plus an hourly rate for post-launch change requests. Ongoing costs you foresee for Priyo: LLM provider fees (estimate per 1,000 conversations), vector store, hosting, third-party services. Assumptions, exclusions, and risks. Warranty period (minimum 60 days post-launch for bug fixes at no cost) and optional retainer terms for ongoing support. Commercial and legal terms Engagement governed by Priyo's standard Master Services Agreement and SOW. Template available on request. All IP, source code, models fine-tuned on Priyo data, prompts, and documentation are the exclusive property of Priyo on final payment. NDA signed before kickoff. Vendor must not use Priyo data to train or improve third-party models. Background check or identity verification may be required for team members with production access. Any subcontracting must be disclosed in the proposal.
